The electronic component manufacturing park
operates 24/7, with core pain points: high peak electricity costs (28% of total
operating costs), unstable grid power supply, and wasted excess photovoltaic
power. Its needs are to cut electricity costs, ensure stable power, and improve
photovoltaic utilization.
Borui’s Customized
Solution
Borui provided an integrated energy storage
solution centered on 522kWh liquid-cooled energy storage cabinets, including:
1. Core Configuration: 4 sets of 522kWh liquid-cooled
cabinets (total 2088kWh), adopting safe, long-life lithium iron phosphate
batteries and liquid-cooled heat dissipation for stable high-temperature
operation.
2. Intelligent Control: Borui’s self-developed
energy management system realizes automatic peak-valley charge-discharge
(valley: 00:00-08:00; peak: 09:00-23:00) to reduce grid peak power usage.
3. PV-Storage Integration: Connects to the park’s
existing PV system, storing excess daytime power for peak/night use to maximize
renewable energy utilization.
